Who we are
Spray Tan Me (spraytan.me) is operated by TyTech LLC, a Wyoming company (“we”, “us” or “our”). You can reach us at hello@spraytan.me or through our contact form.
What Spray Tan Me is
Spray Tan Me is a directory that helps you find mobile spray tan artists and spray tan studios in the United States, along with guides about sunless tanning. We don’t provide spray tans, and we aren’t a party to any booking, payment or service between you and a business listed on the site.
Directory information
Listings are compiled from public sources and from the businesses themselves. We work to keep them accurate, but we don’t guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct, including prices, hours, services, products, licensing or availability. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Always confirm details directly with the business before you book. If you find something wrong, please report it.
Health and safety
Our guides are general information, not medical advice. Spray tan solutions contain ingredients such as DHA that some people react to. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, a skin or breathing condition, or are pregnant, talk to a doctor and your tan artist before your appointment, and ask for a patch test if you’re unsure. You’re responsible for choosing a business and for your decisions about any treatment.
Your account
Some features, such as listing or managing a business, need an account. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Content you submit
When you submit content, such as a review, rating, business listing, photo or message, you confirm that it’s accurate and honest, that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn’t break any law or anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, edit for length or formatting, and distribute it on and in connection with Spray Tan Me.
Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience with the business. Don’t post reviews of your own business or a competitor, reviews you were paid or rewarded for, or reviews that are abusive, discriminatory, or contain someone’s private information. We may decline, remove or edit content that breaks these terms, and we may remove any content or listing at our discretion.
Business listings
If you list or claim a business, you confirm that you’re authorized to act for it and that the information you provide is accurate. Keep it up to date. We may verify claims before giving you control of a listing, and we may edit, merge or remove listings to keep the directory accurate.
Photos, logos and takedown requests
We don’t copy photos or logos from a business’s website or social media. Logos and photos on a listing are uploaded by the business that claimed it, and when it uploads them, the business confirms that it owns them or has permission to use them. Business names and logos are shown only to identify the business; showing them doesn’t mean the business endorses us or that we endorse it.
If you believe a photo, logo or other content on Spray Tan Me uses your copyright or trademark without permission, email hello@spraytan.me with: a link to the page, a description of your work or mark, your name and contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner. We’ll review it promptly, remove or disable the content where appropriate, and may let the person who uploaded it know.
Paid and featured listings
Some listing plans and featured placements are paid. Prices and what each plan includes are shown when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Featured listings are labeled as featured. Paying for a listing never buys or changes reviews or ratings.
Things you may not do
- Use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Copy, scrape or harvest listings or other content in bulk, or use the site to build a competing directory, without our written permission.
- Send spam, or use contact details from the site for unsolicited marketing.
- Interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access accounts or areas you aren’t allowed to.
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection to a business.
Our content
The site’s design, text, guides, graphics and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Business names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
Listings and guides link to websites and booking pages we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies or services.
Disclaimers
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a business you found through the site, including the results of any spray tan. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law, or your content causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Ending access
We may suspend or end your access to the site or your account if you break these terms. You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to close your account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we’ll give more prominent notice. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
