When a mobile tan makes sense
- Groups and events. Bridal parties, bachelorettes, proms and photo shoots are easier when everyone tans in one place.
- Convenience. No driving home in loose clothes. You can relax right after your session.
- Privacy. Some people simply feel more at ease at home.
Mobile artists often charge a travel fee and may have a minimum booking for groups.
When a studio makes sense
- Budget. Studio tans are often a little cheaper, and many offer memberships.
- Options. Studios may have both hand-applied airbrush suites and automated booths.
- Walk-ins and flexible hours. Some studios take same-day bookings.
